my 1992 toyota celica will turn over but it will not start. It is getting
fuel because you can smell it. Does any one possibly have any suggestions

Too many possibilities. You're getting fuel but are you getting spark?
Could be a coil, cap, rotor, wires...... I've even seen a coil wire come
loose on it's own. Also it might not be getting fuel at the same time as
the spark. First thing you should do is get any diagnostic codes it's
putting out, see what direction that points you in.
