1989 Olds. Delta 88 Royale

What is the easiest way to change a water pump? I can't even get the belt loose. HELP!!!!!

Here's a better but certainly not nicer answer to your question. If you're so incompetent that you can't even "get the belt loose", you will not be able to successfully remove and replace a water pump. Pay someone else who has a clue.
