Steering Wheel loose-87 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer

I have taken the steering wheel apart and found 4 star bolts that were loose. Two of them I can get to with little or no problem. The other two I can see, barely, but there's no way to get any kind of wrench I have in there to get them out. Can anyone tell me how to take this thing apart even further so I can get to them other two bolts? I looked at my Chilton's but it doesn't take it any further than I am now.
