Ford Fiesta 2000

I have a problem with the rear passenger door on my 2000 Ford Fiesta. The door is locked shut, even though the central locking system seems to operate on all doors I cannot open the door.

I have tried to remove the trim panel and open or operate the lock from within the door with no luck

Any suggestions ???
