noob:sound system question

hey i am wondering if all speakers are universal? like can one type of speaker fit into any type of car?
and if i have a huge sound system for my car, wont i need more power to my car?

Turn on your thinking cap for just one moment. Remember walking through Wal-Mart with your mommy and daddy and seeing all the different speakers in the automotive department?
