95 s10 Burns engine coolent/oil

Anyone know what might be wrong with my 95 s10 ...i just put coolent in it a few months ago and now see that its almost GONE! i notice its burning oil more than it really should...whats wrong?

I might be wrong but it sounds like your head gaskets are gone

Hm. Wow. I'm thinking you had just a coolant leak to start with possibly, but overheating problems because of it... well... you might be f*cked.

More than likely head gaskets. Does the exhaust smell sweet when it's running? If so ......head gaskets. Don't waste your time replacing just the one, do both. If one went...the other is not far behind. Later.

Glycol in your pots will wear away you rings quicker than you can say Jack Robinson. As tbaxleyjr says, it's time for a compression test. If you have a vacuum gauge you will notice disturbing needle behaviour.
