White smoke from exhaust after heavy rain.
I hope someone can help me with my problem. I drive a Peugeot 206 XS 1.6. 16V. The car is almost 3 years old and it has done approximately 22000 miles.
The problem I have is that when the car isn't used for 1 or 2 days and there has been heavy rain, when I accelerate to 2500/3000 rpm the engine loses power, and a lot of white smoke (really a lot) is coming out of the exhaust. This problem disappears after 2 to 5 minutes. It only happens when there has been heavy rain.
The car has been serviced 3 times trying to solve this problem. The cylinder head and cylinder head gaskets have allready been replaced. This didn't fix my problem.
Does someone have an idea of what the problem might be??
Thanks for your help.
