Warming car up seems to lose power?!

I have a 91 Toyota Tercel and there has been this problem that I noticed the other day. Whenever I start my car up and let it warm up for a few minutes, within a mintue or less the engine sounds as if it is losing power or something. It will be running fine and then it will sound like it is going to stall out for a second and then it sounds fine and then a few seconds later it sounds like it is going to lose power and then it is fine again and etc. When I am driving the car runs fine no problems and doesn't stall or lose power. Any ideas of what could be the problem?

Sounds like some component on your belt routing is probably wearing out. Water pump or alternator or something and the engine is having to pull hard to make that component work right when idling. My first guess if you arent seeing panel lights dim or having probs with steering or brakes is the water pump.
