i just bought this blazer and when i turn the key on its not starting it acts like its dead but i know there juice in my battery because i got it to spark.. what could the problem be?

Bad starter? Not in park? Bad battery? Need more info.

well it might be possible that its the starter... i know my battery pushen out 12v so i know it isnt the battery.

It's not voltage from the battery you need (car battery's are supposed to put out about 12.8v by the way), it's amperage, it should be putting out on average (for a 700 CA battery) about 350 amps at 9-10volts.

Test the power wires to the starter, check if they have power. If it's getting power when you turn the key, you know it's the starter.

ok thxs for the help i got it it turned out to be a hot wiure in the engine and all i gotta do now is find out why it got hot :wink2:

Hot wires usually mean there is too much draw on the circuit :doh: . As if you didn't know that already. What is the wire connected to?
