Clip in racing harness

I was browsing the internet a while back and stumbled upon a racing harness that clipped into the rear seatbelt. Has anyone encountered/used one of these style harnesses or know where to find it?

I've seen an S4 with 19's but I'm positive you can't get it stock. I guess the answer is that it's possible but you're going to need a super low profile tire.
