guide

My suggestion is: Just by skimming through the forums I have seen a lot of people asking the same questions over and over again. My suggestion is that you guys (mods) should make a section where nice people can go and write up tutorials on whatever they see fit. They don't have to write tutorials on anything specific if they don't want to, broad tutorials would work as well. Example: Someone wants to know the proper way to do a quality vehicle paint job on their own. Someone could go and write one up and post in in the guides section or even better the person asking wouldn't have to bother asking because it would already be written up and posted in the guides section. The best part is that we wouldn't have to worry about the information being false because all of the experts that frequent this site will most likely critique it.

I don't know, just an idea.

Good idea...

Problem: Mods don't have the ability to open up new areas on the forum for such ideas...however, mods can make a thread a sticky...if it is found to be of use.

Another problem is that some people are too lazy and could do a quick search on here and find the same question asked many times before so instead they ask anyways. It is a good idea and would work for some but others just couldnt be bothered to look. And BavarianWheels, since its been said that UFF comes on sometimes (look at profile to see when on last) maybe PM him and ask what he thinks lol. If he cant be bothered to do things here thats his choice but he could give you mods more power around here.

Thats a good start. Broad enough to cover alot, but specific enough to answer questions. I like it.

I plan on starting a 'how to make power' guide, and see if I can get a sticky. Gonna be atleast a week or two, though. The problem is, though, because the mods aren't around enough, they just disappear into the abiss of 'what should I buy?' threads, and never get used, hence, not worth my time to create one. If I can get the mod's promise that it'll become a sticky, I'll make it.
