My current mode of transportation

Well since the M is in the shop I need some sort of transortation. So i asked my brother if I could use his truck.

His truck he bought for a dollar.

You can see the speedo pegged at 35 mph. I think I am ging faster than that but for some reason it doesnt go any higher, you will also notice the gas gauge doesn't work. It has read empty for the past three days.

Accelerative properties are non existent, its turning radius is roughly that of the orbit of the moon, the radio doesnt work, the windows crank is missing so you have to use a pair of pliers to put them up or down. Oh and the brakes... Holy crap the brakes. Slowing from 30 mph takes what it would for my M to slow from about 100.

All in all though it is a decent truck for only a dollar. My favorite part is the transmission:

Three on the tree baby!

I love the look on peoples faces when they see my shiting from the steering column.

Anyway, I thought I would just share pics of teh Beast.

carry on

He's probably getting it fixed from where he rear-ended the woman. I think it was about a month ago? Tore up the front end a bit. Here it is:

Wow, that's quite excessive for a 5mph shunt lol...Oh well, atleast if he rear ends another car in the truck he'll either do no damage to it, or it'll fall apart lol

Yeah im gettin it fixed from the accident. The reason it took so long is because my front valance and my AC condensor fan shroud were special order parts. Delivery was quoted at 2-3 weeks, they got here 3 and a half weeks later.
