Is this the bargain of the decade..?

I went to view a year old Chrysler P.T cruiser 2.0 today, only 7,000 miles on the clock. The guy wanted 8,500 ($14,000). This has to be a steel surely...?

For North America that would sound about right, but not sure how much they go for in Great Britain...If it's really that low, I'd check it out on CarFax to make sure it hasn't been wrecked or stolen...

i actually like them, when they were new, the looks grew on me!!!
