Power draining locks on 95 corsica

Here are my door locks that drain my battery... is it supposed to be like this? Any ideas on what's wrong? I do it three times (lock + unlock) the annoying noise in the background is the radar detector restarting because when the locks drain the power everything that is hooked up to cig plug restarts or turns off.
