can I get a good used car for $2,000

1) Really what kind of used car can I get for $2,000 in good condition with no more than 100,000 miles from a dealer. Can i tuust a private person

2) I can fix my 1988 toyota corolla 103,000 miles for the same money ($2000) and guarantee all repairs for 1 yr or 12,000 miles. I cant get that from a private person. I am only using this car as a 2nd family car to my pimary car

You can find all kinds of cars for $2k or under. It just takes some shopping. And always have a mechanic check it out for you...and there won't be any surprises (for the most part)

Well...what do you want...a "new" car...or a fixed Toyota you might have more trust in?

great post chap! Agreed completely, get a 1988 Toyota Supra Turbo...that thing will fly with a few thousand put into it over the cost of the said car. If I were you I wouldn't go more than 160 mph on the highways....don't drink and drive mate!
