My Camry's brake light was constantly on also, turns out just to have been a faulty sensor.

Same thing happens to me, i figured out that snow and/or ice gets up by the wheel speed sensor and shorts the connection so it doesnt read correctly... i just fabricated up some aluminum gaurds to cover them up and protect them. Problem went awayfor good, from now on i can drift all night long without a problem.
