2007 Tahoe/escalade/yukon Front End

For the last several years I have been buying Yukon XLs. Since I live out in the country there is a high risk for hitting deer. To be safe on the last several models of Suberbans then later called Yukon XLs I've been making my own deer catchers out of steel. On the last modles I have been able to remove the fog headlights and the bumper peice that goes around it since it was seperate from the rest of the front end peices I would put my own rubber and steel bumper on that peice eliminating the foglights. Now that the 2007 model Yukon XL has been out I have noticed that the whole front peice is one plastic or metal im not sure pannel that is cut around the grill, foglights, and headlights because of that I am left wondering how in the hell I am going to get a heavy steel deer catcher on this delicate peice of cheap plastic or metal. I have thought of mounting it from behind the foglights but then when it wraps onto the front end I worry that the deer catcher may bang around chipping up the front nose peice. So does anyone have any ideas? If so please tell me! If they are helpful I may finally be able to sleep through the night! Thanks
