prelude vs. celica

ok this guy at my school has a '92 drop top celica gt and he wants to race for money. i have a '93 prelude SI. we both have intake and exhaust and their both 5-speed. his friend tells me he runs 15.8 at the track, does this sound right? and what would be the more likely outcome? cuz i think it sounds like it would be a good race

I am glad you both have a form of intake and exhaust....it's always good

15.8 sounds about right I guess.....Both cars should be pretty well matched, although your Prelude should rev higher.

I don't understand what you're saying. On the one hand you say it should be a good race, yet on the other you say you should thrash him? Also, take some advice, keep it on the track...

i was going from what his friend said about his race times, it would seem to be a good race, but when i look up his car it seems like it should be slow compared to mine. and i ain't got the time to go on a track. but i live in the middle of nowhere so we race on the backroads where no one drives
