Ford Escort Zx2 having problems

If anyone can help please let me know, i'm trying to find a way to spend the least amount of money to get my car fixed, so i can drive it to florida. It doesn't idle, you have to keep it reved above a 1000 rpms to keep it going. And unless you keep reving it higher it starts shaking like crazy the only way to stop it is to push on the brake. I took and got a diagnostic, and it came up with three error codes, and the place gave me a list of 4 things to do replace the spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, and the fuel filter, plus they said to get a complete tune up. If anyone can tell me exactly what's wrong please let me know. I've had the car for 2 years put 8,000 miles on it and the only thing i've done to it is replace the battery, and put a couple or quarts of oil in it. I know i should have taken better care of it. It was used when i bought it and in great condition.
The error codes were P0136, P1131, and P1500.
Thank You

not sure what the mopar is or what's in it but it looks nothing like that picture all the parts are a type of plastic in the engine there is almost no metal in there in any case i'm gonna take it in for a tuneup on the 15th. i'd still welcome any solutions that would help me save money.
Thank You very much.
