Im pretty sure that every major car company has their own version of variable timing, ford has VCT, toyota has VVT,etc. But Honda is the only one (i believe) that actually completly changes cam lobes instead of just the timing.

just like SAAB is working on their engine with variable compression.... pure genius i might add
