sorry for the delay guys, been busy. Have not got a chance to show you the MDF Rings yet. This weekend I am going to finish my mold and start the vary final product, plus, Friday for sure I will post how to make a MDF ring. You can hold me to it.

I already kno how to make fiberglass sub boxes, but i think its still interesting. i say keep goin lol

Im on neon tuners too. Is your name on the 95mtx or 95SOHC or sometihng?

I turned that layer into a mold. So here is what I did for the final shell. the one covered in tin foil and tape is the mold.

Since when do you speak for everyone? Personally I've been following along and am interested in this, and obviously he is interested in this kind of thing and is wanting/willing to help show people how it's done. I actually congradulate him for his willingness to help.

First few posts? Since when does Hobos opinion count as more then one person? (as he was the only one in the first few to say he didnt' care).

For real that statement dint bother me to much, I knew a couple of you wanted to see this and it could possibly help you out, If I can help one person out on there sub woofer project then thats kick ass. If not then so be it. Mybe my next project will. who knows.

i had a 97 cavy and on my way to pick of the turbo kit from my friends shop and totalled it, now im rollin in a stocked out 95 neon...yea "stocked" lol

K, I need to get a pic of the ring I made. But here is how it go. The green line represents the bottom ring width. The red is the upper ring, the sub should slide right through it. I am going to make a nother one this weekend just for you guys.
