As a Nissan owner I'd say the Skyline. *the JapTaxi*

Anyway, it was Supra Vs Skyline, NSX vs Skyline. What is it gonna be next?

I'd probably take an NSX. It is very unique, where as the Skyline is always talked about. Everyone knows what a Skyline is, or thinks they do, where as an NSX is an uncommon car sold in America. I also like the more refineness and naturally aspirated powerplant.
