92 grand am power windows

The windows on my grand am go up fast for a second, then slowly slower until they stop. I let them sit for a second or two and keep doing this to inch them up or down. Only the front ones. I opened up the door and greased the tracks, motor gear, checked electrical connections...any ideas?

can you disconnect one of the motors, then press the switch to see if the motor slows down on its own, or whether it's only when it's trying to drive the window.

yeah, but if more than one is doing it, I'd check other things before buying new motors.
