http://www.google.ca/lochp?hl=en&tab=wl&q=

Type race track Chicago, and it'll give you all of them, but for some reason it won't let me give a direct link...

Chicago Motor Speedway:
3301 S Laramie Ave, Cicero, IL, United States

Hawthorne Race Course:
3501 S Laramie Ave, Cicero, IL, United States

Those are the first two that I saw...

The closest pure road course is Blackhawk Farms which I have a soft spot for as my father helped in the original construction and opening there in the mid '60's and I held a track record in class for about one afternoon in the mid-'80's. Realistically, what you want to do is get involved in autocross. It's cheap, fun and readily available in the Chicagoland area. Clicky here, here and here. For more general racing info click here and here.

Requirements? Which requirements? Did you read any of the supplied links? Would you like someone to build you a car and drive it for you too?
