My next car?

Hi. i am currently driving a 95 talon n/a. i have about 7000 to spend and am looking for something with more power with under 100k miles. The 95+ mustang gt is my first choice, however i live in new york so the rear wheel drive will not work too good in the winter. i am open to any suggestions besides another talon or eclipse with a turbo. thanx

Damn, I was gonna suggest a TSi/GSX.

I'd go with the 'Stang, I guess. Or a 3kgt/Stealth.

If you wanted to sell your Talon and put that $ together w/ the 7K you already have, you could probably get into a 98 or newer TA/Camaro. It's still RWD, but I like them way more than the 95+ Mustangs. Gotta love the LS1.

If you're not looking into RWD then here are a few options around $7000 or below...

1st gen AWD 3000GT VR4 or Stealth R/T
Integra GSR
Galant VR4 (if you can find one, about $2500-$3000)

Those are the only ones off the top of my head that would be worth getting. Personally I'd just go RWD and try and find a 98-99 LS1 F-Body. Just go slow in the snow.

Technically with an LS1 there is no definition of slow in its book
