That too.

But yeah, it's an indicator for the drivebelt tension. Though it can't be adjusted, if it's out of range the entire autotensioner has to be replaced. Apparently, those things have a habit of torquing the crap out of the accessories over time so I thought I'd give it a quick check. It's actually a bit on the loose side, so I'm good to go.

There's a better look at the entire thing, though my arrows seem to have almost disappeared...

The red arrow is the idler pulley, the white arrow is pointing to the connected tension indicator which is where my pictures were focused.
