washer fluid hose, and belt squeak

The washer fluid hose on my '03 Taurus has a huge crack/fracture in it, right where it folds when the hood is shut. Is this something that I can fix by just replacing a small section of the hose, or should i replace the whole thing? If I need to replace the whole thing, how easy is it to get to the nozzels on the hood?

Now to the belt squeek, for the last 5000 miles or so, the serpentine belt will squeek/chirp if it is raining hard, or if i go through a deep puddle, but would usualy stop after driving a couple miles. however yesterday, when it was raining and icy, it squeeked the whole way to school and back, (50 miles total) and it is still squeeking today (only at low rpm), even though it is dry. my car now has about 61,000 miles on it now. Is this a sign that the belt will soon need to be replaced, or is it just an anoyance?

replace the entire washer hose.

Make sure the belt tensioner is working correctly and replace the serpentine belt.

you should be able to leave the nozzles and just replace the pipe.
if not, it's usually just a little clip holding them in. Lever it out from the back with a little flat blade driver.
