Need advice on first car

My family is looking for a well equiped, compact sedan. I have narrowed it down to three cars: Toyota Corolla, Mazda 3, and Hyundai Elantra. I am well informed on the specs and features, but I need advice on which car will have the best overall quality, reliability, and value.

It's best to introduce yourself in the "Introduce Yourself" forum before expecting any answers to your question.

I think a Toyota Corolla is perfect as a family car. It has a satisfying reliability, fair hp, and is very economic. Overall i think its better than the other two that u mentioned. O yeah and its very affordable

Or you could just disappear and still receive answers to your question

Go with a Saab. Much more reliable than a Carolla or how ever you spell that.

too bad it is most likely out of his price range....and a Saab is not better in reliability than a corolla, it is simply on par.

If not less reliable SJ! and Hiens, how hard would it be to look at the opening post of this thread to find the spelling for 'Corolla'? I'll tell ya, not as hard as writing "or however you spell that"

No, but it would take mental effort. That about sums up the situation.
