MAACO anyone?

well I've been searching and searching and well searching for a new paint job. I'm trying to find a good one for the right price, but all the ones that I've called or heard from my moms friends cost to much. Does anyone know how good maaco is because I think they do a cheap paint job. Does anyone know how long the paint last and what kind of quality paint job it is?

I've heard bad about Maaco...they tend to miss spots, and their paint doesn't last very long...I wouldn't go with them, and it would be better to pay a little extra, although it should be cheaper with some independant companies, and it would be of better quality...

I wouldn't really mind paying like 800 bucks for a good paint job that will last a while, but everyone that I talked to won't do it for less than 1000 and the only reason its 1000 is because they want you to take the paint off yourself and sand down the car...GAY

thanks chrisV, still one other question that I don't believe you covered. I might have missed it, but what do you do about the rust.

Rust is a bodywork question, not a paint question, and deserves it's own small novel.

Here's what I did for rust on the Fiat:
