Video phone help

I was wondering if anyone knew of a converter to convert video phone files(3gp I believe) into something like an mpeg-4 or avi. Thanks in advance.

go to properties and..(checking) go to opens with: click on "change" and there you will find an assortment of video files you can use

Try Videora, its a free download which i use to transfer video files on my computer into mpeg-4 files for my iPod. here's the link:
