Yes, yes it is. The thing about this one though is that it smells sweet running on alcohol.

I talked with him this morning and he said he needs to get the write-up information from home. So perhaps I will have some more information for tomorrow.

How much HP is it making? Torque?

Ok, he has given me the information.

As far as HP and torque are concerned, he has not taken it to the dyno so his values are theoretical. He says HP is around 650 - 700 depending on the fuel and the torque is in the 500-550 range.

One thing to keep in mind is that he started building this car before parts were readily available. He is meticulous with his vehicles and this one is very well done.

The rest of the vehicle information is as follows:

1968 Camaro Pro Street.
Supercharged 355ci chevy with Turbo 400 manual shift reverse shift patern.
Engine set back 5 and lowered 2 in chassis.
4:33 Rear end narrowed and moved forward 2.5 in chassis.
Tube chassis with 10 point cage full aluminum interior.
Four bar, coil over rear suspension.
Steel body except hood and deck lid.

Engine 355 4 bolt main chevy
2.02 angle head heads w/ full port and polish by Cylinder Heads of America (Air flow research).
Roller rockers
TRW Blower pistons full floating thick dome.
Total seal gapless rings
Pink rods, polished, matched and balanced w/ SPS bolts.
Crankshaft 5140 steel tuftrided heavy duty forged.
All reciprocating parts fully matched and balanced.
Block has been decked, line honed, bored w/ deck plate.
671 supercharger w/ H.D. front and rear bearing plates and hard coated rotors, Fully polished case.
Weiand 3 competition drive, Weiand competition manifold
650 cfm carbs with the works. Set up for methanol alcohol or high octane pump gas. Fully polished.
Vertex Magneto.
Headers, Custom made 2 dia with 4 side pipes.
Dual remote oil filters
Oil cooler, Hayden H.D. remote mount.
Radiator, Modine custom made dual pass 4 core.

Transmission
Turbo 400 by TCI Fully manual w/ reverse patern body.
Heavy duty clutches, plates and sprags.
TCI converter.
Polished aluminum deep pan.
Single remote filter.
Oil cooler, Hayden H.D. remote mount.
B&M race shifter, reverse pattern w/ lock outs.

Drive shaft
Strange Engineering, H.D. tube, flanges and yokes. Precision balanced.

Rearend
Chevy 12 Bolt narrowed ~8
Chevy 4 series differential w/ H.D. springs and clutch plates.
Summers Bros. Billet steel bearing caps.
4:33 gears.
Strange engineering axles w/ C clip eliminator.
Finned aluminum rear cover, polished.

Brakes
Front- Strange engineering disk w/ JFZ 4 puck calipers, Alloy hubs.
Rear- New Factory drum.

Suspension
Front- factory
Rear- Four bar adjustable linkage chrome
Carrera Coil over shocks, chrome.

Fuel system
ATL Fuel cell, 12 gal.
Dual Holley high volume pumps.
Dual regulators.
Fram high volume canister filter.

Auto Meter Gages
Boost, Oil temp, Oil pressure, H20 Temp, Amp, Tach and Speedometer.

Chassis
2x3 tube
10 point cage, no pillar post bars (hoop goes under dash).
Front factory sub frame all seams Tig welded and strengthened where needed
Rear suspension forward 2.5.
Engine set back 5 lowered 2.
Aluminum front engine plate, steel mid mount, drop out trans mount.

Body
All steel factory body except Glass custom hood and deck lid.
NOS Doors, Complete front clip, Tail light panel.
All emblems, side marker lights, trim, door handles and grill are new NOS.
Fresh chrome rear bumper.
67 RS tail lights.
Rear wheel wells stretched 3 forward.
Fire wall 1/8 Polished Aluminum 6061 T6.
Body painted with acrylic enamel with hardener and clear coated.
Paint has not been color sanded or buffed.

So really w/out the supercharger its only making around 450-500hp. Its a great looking car. I wouldnt pay more than 28 grand for that car though.
