Engine Swap

i have a 95 civic lx. i was wondering how much would it cost to replace the engine with a used si engine with around 60 km or less

i think you mean 60k miles or less.well for your type of car you can expect to pay around 300-400 pounds for a good engine fitting it will be about the same so rekon a 1000 will se you with the engine you want and have it fitted.

Read the posts, sheesh! I told them to check the shops in his area because they may not use pounds for currency, or dollars for that matter and prices vary from area to area. I would have to say from this post they are looking for an engine with 60,000kilometers, not miles due to the fact they typed KM and not miles. One should not assume anything on these boards because it just leads to trouble.
