Here are the pics they sent me of the car---I am still kinda nervous buying a car that I have never even seen in person...think I might front the plane ticket to japan...cheaper in the long run if there is something bad about the car...Now try justifying all this to your wife...

It is pretty though!!

Since we're getting picky, there is no "35 Chevy Duece"

If he's talking street rod, "Duece" stands for the '32 Ford (the "deuce" term doing double duty, standing for the "2" in '32, and for the fact that the model is the Model B, or 2nd letter of the alphabet. It's a one year only car, with the '28-31 Model A being one, and the '33-34 Fords being a separate series).

These are Deuces in street rod terms (most of which do have Chevy small blocks in them):

OTOH, when talking Chevy's themselves, "Deuce" stands for Chevy II Nova, from the early '60s (where, of course, the "duece" means the "II" in the car's name).

These are Chevy "Dueces:"

As to the subject matter, my favorites:

1963 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso

Talbot Lago T150 coupe:

Ford GT40 Mk1:

Sorry jmyers0341, but it wasn't a 228, it was a 22B, and they called it that, cause they switched up from the 2.0 Litre, to the 2.2 Litre.

Very good point. Please excuse the misinformation. Thanks for the correction. I am assuming you are from the UK? How do they feel about the new US STi breaking away from the rally roots 2.0 litre and going with the 2.5? I personally don't mind the extra displacement...there is no replacement...
