Suspension

I got a V6 Plymouth Duster 3.0L, I need new suspension in the front really bad, they are pretty much totally shot. Well, correct me if im wrong: only struts in the front, and only shocks in the back.

Now here is my question: I found an Eibach Lowering Spring set for my car for $260, what else will I need for the front suspension to be good again and how much would it all cost? The springs aren't the full thing, right? cuz its not a coil-over set. So do I need bushings and struts and all still or what? Try giving me a detailed description cuz I admit im not that good with cars.

the attachment shows all I've done to my car so far.
