Secure direct/ worst insurance company in england?

Just to let all you good people out there now how bad and unorganised this company is. My partner and i took out fully comp car insurance last year for our much loved Shogun, all year we have had problems with them . For example at first there was an additional driver added but when we removed the additional driver it actually took them 6 months to take him off and in the meantime they were still charging us, even after numerous letters and phone calls we sent them, also when they did take the additional name off they didint want to refund us for the extra money we had been paying them and the best bit is our insurance with them finishes next month ( thank god) but we only recieved our insurance policy and cover note yesterday 11 months late. PLEASE AVOID THEM UNLESS YOU ENJOY HASSLE.
