they have really bad blind spots.
as long as you keep up regular maintance they have a great warranty.
the window regulators have a high fail rate.
buy one with a manual if you know how to drive a stick.

my buddy hasn't has a single problem with it...but wouldnt you get a car that had a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty than a five year 50,000???

While I don't doubt it's been good to your friend, I wouldn't waste ("waste" IMO) my cash on a Hyundai just yet. From the visibly disappearing Hyundai Excels on the road (that I've noticed or not seen much of)...I'm a bit leary on their (Hyundai's) longevity. Plus I have a friend that bought two Excels and both were a nightmare for him.

Buying a car due to its extended warranty is somewhat akin to marrying an ugly girl because she gives good blow jobs.

If feels good for a while but you still don't want to be seen in public with it.

im sorry that wasn't the point i was gettting at
what i was trying to get across was the fact that the great warranty is an added bonus. The tiburon is an awesome looking car that is very sleek and sporty looking. Thats what i have to say

But it's what is under the hood that makes all the difference...Quality more than Vanity is the name of the game.

i know its not the strongest (in terms of horsepower) its got a V6 which isnt super but it gets the job done for the average type person who is into performance but at a very resonable price

Of course, that which is reasonable in performance soon becomes boring. IMHO
