Crankshaft Position Sensor Replacement

New to this forum.

I currently am looking for a way to install and adjust the crankshaft position sensor on a 1992 Buick Park Avenue, 3800 engine w/turbo. Apparently there is a tool that make this job easier, though I am looking for an alternative since this tool is over $350. Any ideas from any knowledgable mechanics.

Thanks,

Al
