Grand Am (4 cyl. or 6 cyl.)

i read somewhere that depending on the make and model, there may or may not be a major difference..

is there a major difference in the grand am coupes in the years of 92-97?

thanks in advance.

I do know the quad four (4 cylidner) powered mid 90 Ponti's were horribly unreliable.

nnnnaa not really i wouldn't touch the 3.1 gm cant make a v engine without having intake gasket problems the quad dohc engine was nice but it had waterpump problems and the sohc engine had some problems with the lower head cracking either way its over a grand to fix the head prob, and over a grand to fix the intakes. but i would rather have the 93 gt grand am because nice 5 speed with the qauds ok power fun car
