I'm buying a car, need suggdestions.

Okay, here are the requirements.

My zip code is 22066 by the way.

It can't have above a 6 Cylinder Engine.

It has to have as much horsepower as possible.

No no name brands.

It has to look good.

Maximum Price is 17,000$ If it would look good with chrome rims, 16,000$ max because rims cost money.

It has to have a leather interior.

It has to look expensive.

The year of make can't be before 2000.

Edit:

Also it has to have a REALLY good sound system.

You are a picky sonofabitch aren't ya I would go for a 00 Acura Integra GS-R or if you want premium gas but do 0-60 in the 6's then get the Type-R Integra

RX-7, or 8 if you can find one...
Mazda Protege,
BMW M3, or the Z series (If you can find one for your price),
Or if you find one, a Skyline.

Yeah I've been looking at the Nissan Maxima actualy, so what's so special about the GLE though?

2003 Maxima 3.5 Engine

I've also been thinking of the Jaguar S-Type, it's pretty nice. Though hard to find.

Jaguar S-Type

Then the Infinity G35, non coupe, even though it's 900$ more. It might be worth it.

G-35 Non Coupe

I like the VW though, I just have something against the manufacturer, I don't want to be associated with the bettle.

Then there is the Pontiac Grand Prix GT

Pontiac Grand Prix GT

It has a 3.8 liter v6 which is the biggest I've seen so far.

The SRT-4 is nice, but is only has 230 horsepower turbocharged already.

It's a bit too small though and it doesn't have a lot of class.

I'm also considering this caR:

Mazda6

but for it I want some classy chrome rims, ones that won't look bad, and make people doubt, "are those stock? but they look nice"

Prefrably looking something like this:

but shiny.

it's got leather, and no other model even has leather as an option. and you wanted leather.

the mazda6 also looks like a fun car.
