VWhobo, gots a question for you

Do you happen to know what the first front wheel drive car was? A friend of mine really wants to know.

The first production FWD car that I'm aware of is the Citroen 7A from the early to mid 1930's. This is strictly off the top of my head, maybe somebody could do some research and come up with a better answer.
