Smile FASTEST unmodified 0-60 car for under 17,000$ that is "modern"

What do you guys thing is the fastest 0-60 car that you can buy for under 17,000$ on that's post 1999. Under 60,000 miles.

I think those are pretty good limits to make the car "decent", yet still affordable.

I was thinking an 2003 Mustang GT personaly, 280 horsepower or so.

Trans Am or Camaro SS were my first thoughts. Then again, so was a Firehawk, but good luck finding one under 17G

You could also get a fairly nice vintage Mustang 2+2 Fastback with that money in running condition. It may need some body work but you could get one. You could get a newer Mustang SVT Cobra like a 98 or something. Maybe a Camaro SS.

late 90's WRX STi's are pretty quick. quite sure there are some with less than 60k on them.

i would mention the japanese sports cars of the 90's, but i doubt u could find them easily for less than $17k.......... but they can be mentioned...... just not too sure.
