What makes a "good" car?

What do you consider a "good" car? What elements of a car matter to you the most?

Reliability, ease of use and good performance for what it's intended for.

Reliability, sometimes comfort, gas mileage, price, performance, and handling

Reliability, how it is built and designed, safe and sturdy, built with quality, comfort, and if your like me performance but that dosent go for every car.

All it has to do is make me happy to own it. It can be unreliable in some areas if it is fun to drive. It just has to do the job it's supposed to do.

For me, it has to handle good, go fast, and it should but not neccessarily has to look good. But yeah, mainly depends on what it is used for.

Economy and reliability matter to me the most....mainly because I can never afford to fix a car when it goes wrong!....I never thought I'd chose those two elements over performance lol...Still, that's what the company cars are for

this sums up all the "good" cars ive owned

cheap... $500 is the most ive spent on a car
reliable... the starter works so you dont have to push start is and dump the clutch
safe... the gas tank stays in place and doesnt fall at 40mph
good on gas... 7-9 mpg at its best days

... i guess ive never had a "good" car, but thats what i get for being a cheap, broke, lazy... you know... normal student.

but in a perfect world a good car would have to be safe and reliable, good on gas and it would have to look good
