What does your car dealership do for you?
The trend to trying to "raise the bar" in customer satisfaction, I hope, is finally here. Many dealerships are starting to hire CSI's to do follow-up and try and improve customer service. About time, don't you think? What does your dealership do for you take make you return to them for servicing your vehicle?
Do you think things like washing your car upon service and sending birthday cards to make you feel like you're not a number are important? Or should the dealership focus more on training and friendliness of staff?
