92' crown vic problem

I just bought a 92' crown victoria which came with 22'' rims. The only problem that I have with them is that every time I make a sharp turn the front tires scuff. I was wondering what I could do, other than buy smaller rims, to solve this problem? Should I have the part of the car around the front tires shaved or can I get the car lifted? Please help me with this one.

here's a pic of the front suspension maybe you can copy it and point out where its rubbing then we can see what can be done
