The "Turbonator", does it really work?

I was doing a search for turbo chargers and I came across a site for the "Turbonator" (http://www.turbonator.com). Does anybody here have one and does it actually work?

No. Dynos have showed NO gains, and no economy gains either. It's a little fan to block some air through your intake.

I looked into this as well for a while, because I was curious how it could do anything, but I found out from quite a few people that it was not useful at all.

If you want to try it, and see what happens, it's pretty cheap, so if you're going to experiment, it would be a good thing to do, as it won't damage anything, and it's not expensive.
