1960-61 Plymouth Fury

My dad and I have driven past this car alot lately. Its just sitting in a parking lot and has been for about a week or so. My dad was thinking about asking the owner (if we could find him/her) if we could take it off their hands for a cheap price. Although it doesnt have a for sale sign in the window. It has push button transmission. Im not sure of the engine, it looked like a 383 or 440 to me. Is there a distinctive way to tell these two engines apart? Did they even put a 440 in this year of the Plymouth Fury?

Well if it is a 1960 then it could have a 261, 318 or 383 engine. If it is 1961 then it could have those engines or a 413.

1960:

1961:

You can go to this site and check it out, it could help determine what year and maybe what engine it has - http://www.allpar.com/model/fury.html
