Notice OTHER refined petroleum products don't change price like that (how much is a quart of oil where you're at compared to a year ago?)

Yeah, I found it odd that Petrolium Jelly has remained at the exact same price this whole time. They've got us by the balls (sort to speak). Either you pay it or you walk or ride your bike, right?

Talonchick do you know what your sig pic is all about?

I wouldn't have thought Ricky Gervais would be appreciated in your country.

I was actually thinking the same thing before ... he's not really of the American sense of humour I wouldn't have thought. Well funny though.

hehe, i meant that us here in PR bitch about it. in fact, around a month ago, all the truckers went on a strike and it was chaos here. everyone thought that gas would disappear from the island for a while, so all the gas stations were pretty much serving 20 ppl (minimum) since 9am, at the same time (or tried to at least). it kept going on like that for around 3-4 days. some gas stations even had lines of up to 50 cars (literally) waiting for fuel (saw one just like that at 1am going out of my g/fs house).

it was thanks to that that the prices went up just this week..... at least thats the excuse they used. all this cuz the truckers wanted to get paid 10% more for their cargo so they could buy fuel for the trucks and such..... nice going, now they spend that 10% on the new fuel costs
