Cirrus LXi 1995 Gas Mileage

We have a Cirrus LXi 1995 that work very well, except the gas mileage is only about 14 Miles/gallon. Does any one have tips on how to improve the performance of the gas mileage? I would be happy to get close to the listed gas mileage from chrysler.
