Hyundal Accent ...... Sorry, just had to say that.

How about a 2003 or 2004 Volkswagen Golf GTi?

Geo Metro. I'm not kidding. If you find a way to swap a 3800 S/c into that thing you'll put many MANY V8s to shame. Or you could just swap in an SE-R engine in a Saturn right Slipknot?

Well if Satty is going to suggest a Geo Metro, Im going to suggest its competitor, the Ford Festiva. Swap in a 2.0L ZeTec 4cyl into one with a Jackson Racing supercharger, and youll be doing just as well as a Geo Metro with a S/C 3800.

For 25k you can get:

Honda S2k
Mazda RX7 TT
Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 TT
Nissan 300ZX TT
Toyota Supra TT
Ford Mustang SVT Cobra
Chevy Camaro SS
Pontiac Firebird Firehawk
Chevy C5 Corvette (maybe)
BMW M3 (E36)

Those are just used but better and faster than what's used out there right now

New...

Consider the WRX really as the best option for the price.
