valve cover gasket

anyone know how much it cost for someone to istall it?

What kind of car? It doesn't sound very hard to install yourself depending on the car.

I dunno, but it's about the most accessible valve cover I've ever seen. If you're planning to live up to your screen name, you'd better familiarize yourself with basic hand tools and working on your car.

im not trying to "live" up to my screen name, i just put something that dealt with what my car is, but anywho, i don't have tools to work on cars, im 16

i went to a shop in bay area...they gave me an estimate on changing the valve cover gasket, and it was 120 some dollars (parts and labor). all the shop varies, so i would say around $100 -$150. well, i guess it also depends on the brand of valve cover gasket they use and if the gromet is included or not.

one of my dads friends from his work do alot of motor work and he is workin on my car right now, he wants about 45 to do it, so id say i got off pretty cheap

Changing the valve cover gasket on an Eclipse is like a 10 minutes job.
